In January 2021 Nathan launched Impact Partnership, an executive search firm that conducts bespoke executive search assignments in Australia, the Middle East, Africa, and the US. He draws upon his 21 years of international search and recruitment experience to deliver high-quality outcomes for his diverse client and candidate base.
We partner with senior executives to provide tailored career advice, access to an international network, and the opportunity to progress their professional journey. Nathan spent the last 21 years working for a FTSE 250 global recruitment and search firm with over 7,000 staff in 37 countries and 1.6 billion GBP in revenue. 13 of those years were spent abroad in Hong Kong, Dubai, South Africa and the USA, while the remaining 8 were spent in the Australian business in a variety of leadership positions.
Nathan completed his schooling in 1994 at The Geelong College and obtained his Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Melbourne in 1999. He graduated from the Royal Military College, Duntroon in 1995 and spent 5 years as an Army Lieutenant.
Nathan and Catherine are proud (but always exhausted) parents of Jack (7), Henry (7) and Teddy (3).
